ChriFSMas Treats

If you’re eating one of these Flying Spaghetti Monster treats over the holidays, you know there will be a smile on your face.

I plan to have these for dinner every night for the next three weeks. Don’t you *dare* discourage me.

The instructions on how to make them can be found at Negative Entropy.

(Homage is paid to the Evil Mad Scientist Laboratories for their inspiration.)

You’d think the most obvious thing to make it out of would be spaghetti and meatballs o: I guess I’m wrong.

Marshmallows aren’t vegetarian. White chocolate and sugar should make a fine substitute. Or maybe marzipan.

    That is simply outstanding. RAMEN!

I wish someone would make these and sell them online. I am too lazy to make myself, but would pay for them. :)

(However, if anyone ever does this please offer something other than whoppers. I hate malt.)

Anyhow, this is a very cute idea for a cookie!

What was it made with? The lighting made it look kinda gross, I’m hoping under flourescent lighting it would look more appetizing.

Very creative! They sound absolutely delicious, but do look a little gross. Maybe it’s the lighting.

Thanks for posting this! I didn’t think so many people would like our FSMs or we would have taken way better pictures. k2.0 is a photographer but she didn’t bring her camera so we made due with bad lighting and my crappy camera. They are actually really good, taste similar to rice krispie treats.

I’ve got to say those look pretty horrible. Of course, communion would be, right? And maybe it’s just me. I don’t care for ramen or rice noodles or rice for that matter though I do like rice krispies and rice krispie treats so maybe…

I think I’ll pass and stick with the spaghetti and meatballs which I do have at least once a week.

Thanks so much for sharing this! A friend made some last night for our game night after I shared in my Reader feed. They were awesome! And about the cutest thing ever.
