Yesterday, The Boston Channel featured several segments on the topic of being “Good Without God.”
The first segment focuses on Harvard Humanist Chaplain Greg Epstein.
The second, on the Boston Atheists.
The third, on Bostonian Woody Kaplan (Advisory Board chair for the Secular Coalition for America and the focus of the Kay Hagan campaign controversy during last year’s senate race).
The fourth, on the Boston University Atheists and Secular Humanists, an affiliate of the Secular Student Alliance.
I love how they report the results of a crashed poll at the end of segment four
Unfortunately, I can’t embed anything, but the segments were excellent. Go check them out.

I was fairly pleased with how they portrayed our Boston Atheists group, and we did get a boost of members on meetup.com after the show.
I love the LDS ads on some of the segments
Yay!! I feel all good inside!
Don’t forgot to crash their Survey too…
I found the LDS ads annoying on a segment about atheism.
Such excellent pieces. Exactly the kind of stuff we need.
Awesome segments there, Chronicle has always had some great stories over their years it’s great to see Atheists/Humanists portrayed as actual humans.
I was really impressed, and inspired. I would love to find a good humanist religious leader to conduct my wedding in the Seattle/Tacoma area. If anyone has suggestions I’d love to hear them!
Here, Alyssa, you might look for a Universal Life Church minister: http://www.ulc.net/index.php?page=minister_directory. Or contact your local Humanist organization!
