What were the scariest religion-related costumes you saw?
I’ll admit this one’s certainly unique:

…
At a party I went to, my friend dressed up as a banana. I was scared. And in true form, she went in for the atheist kill:

(Yes, I’m the loser who didn’t dress up. I had to go somewhere immediately afterwards. I swear.)
…
A lot of people had fun carving pumpkins and dressing up as the Flying Spaghetti Monster, too:

…
Did you see anything entertaining Friday night? Feel free to link to pictures!

I personally dressed up as the second coming of my personal lord and savior, David Koresh
On that banana picture…I think we’ve found a new picture for the top banner of this site!!!
I dunno. Looks to me like she coulda used a little of the Old Testament, too. There are, uh, gaps in her costume.
I saw the scariest thing – an atheist! PZ Myers, speaking at University of Toronto. In fact, I suspect there were more of them in the audience…
I went as a boring ol’ mormon.
Both my kids came home talking about the lady who answered the door dressed as Sarah Palin. Each of them had hit that house at a different time, and when I asked each of them how they responded, they said they screamed! It was the creepiest thing they saw all night.
Our pumpkin had the Pastafarian “Jollyfish” logo carved on it.
Hey, that’s my pumpkin! Cool! My Mormon in-laws (whose kitchen table can be seen in the background) had no idea what FSM was, so my wife told them it was from Sesame Street.
We had an Atheist’s Nightmare, too. Her husband came as Ray Comfort.
At PZ’s lecture in Toronto on Halloween there was someone dressed as Ken Hamm. PZ asked him to take a bow.
I gotcha beat. I went as a $cientologist:

That girl’s costume is not scary enough. Too many “love thy neighbor” on it, I guess; it’s a bit disturbing (especially for her neighbor). Now, talk about some goold Old Testament with blood and guts! THAT’s scary.
Prophet Bobby posted my Jollyfish pumpkin! Here’s the link!
I needed to throw together a costume in minutes. So I took a sharpie and wrote “666″ on my forehead and right hand.
