Atheist Coming Out Party in Ohio

On August 2nd, anyone who is willing/able to get to The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio is invited to the Atheist Coming Out Party!

I’ll be a speaker along with Edwin Kagin, National Legal Director for American Atheists.

Bring food. It’s a potluck.

The event is sponsored by OSU’s Students For Freethought but involves a large number of local non-religious organizations.

The goal of this event is to be a networking opportunity for atheists, agnostics, freethinkers, humanists, skeptics, and everything in-between! Please feel free to bring literature or other freethought-related materials from your group – we will have tables on the way in for people to leave it on. You can also bring a pop-up tent with your own tables to promote your group outside as well.

All the information is here. Hope to see you there :)

You will definitely see me there! I just emailed the contact to see if my newly-revived Central Ohioans for Rational Inquiry can get a piece of the action too :)

Oooo, Columbus is close… but still no cigar. Cleveland is where it’s at kids!
