I always wonder people bother to make videos like this. I could have gotten all of that information in about 10 seconds if it were a text file.

True, but then you would have missed that weird fractal / jellyfish looking thing in the background.

Maybe the videos are just more fun in a way.

Yet Christians tell me that Christianity works and that they are much better off now that they are believers. See this link to the forum for a question that I raised about this.

I enjoyed the jellyfish thing too.

This clearly shows that the public educational system is indoctrinating children and young people into atheism! It all started by removing God from the classroom. ;-)

This was a great and very informative. It’s a shame that the U.S. doesn’t take a page out of Europes book.

Europe as a culture is much older than the U.S. They have had centuries of religious strife and perhaps they’re sick of it. Maybe there is a developmental progression that they are further along. Some people are alarmed by the rapid influx of Islam into Europe, but perhaps the Muslim immigrants will become secularized more quickly there than in the Middle East. In other words maybe Europe will “Europeanize” them. I think the land tends to have a powerful influence over whatever invaders may come. For instance the Mongols invaded and conquered China many times and every time China steadily sinoized them until the occupiers were Chinese. So the land won in the long run.

Just a hopeful straw at which to grasp.

Yes, but, Stalin and Hitler killed lots of people, more than Christianity! Take that, evil godless liberals!

Okay, Christards of various sorts, I’ve said it, so now you don’t have tom pollute this thread with that idiocy.

That was an amazing video. I have been researching religion for the past 3 years, I am a very strong atheist, but I consider myself to be agnostic-atheist (A diest god is still possible, but there is no reason to believe in it). I always thought without religion a person would be worse off but when I was Christian I noticed I was much more ignorant, close-minded, and less happy, I don’t know what it is about atheism (maybe I found my right religion ‘lack of religion’, should I say), but it has changed my life in a positive way. Thanks for listening :) Open your mind, find your religion, don’t judge, and most of all smile and be happy :D
