Oh yes, the Sun of the Universe walks on water every day. All you have to do is go to the lake on a nice summer day and you can see it.
I’ve always been confused by the walking on water trick. Wasn’t it allegedly during a storm that he walked on water? Yet, all the paintings show a calm and placid sea full of rainbows and puppies. I’d expect there to be great, rolling swells tripping up poor Jesus.
Just think how hard it would be to walk upright on a trampoline while ten fat guys jumped around you. With that kind of balance, he’s the kind of guy I’d want to have my back in a bar-fight.
That’s basically the story of how I became an atheist. I guess Scientology has done something good after all.
Hello Mriana — Um, what’s your point? That there really is a Jesus, but he’s hiding in the rays of the sun? Please explain what your comment has to do with the video.
Mriana is, i think, referencing an idea expressed well in this you tube video about the “sun of God”… it’s about how christianity is a bunch of hidden or changed beliefs of sun worshippers.

No. What I’m saying is, Jesus is an anthropomophic version of the sun and purely mythical. The sun’s rays walk on water, but if you take it from the primitive view where everything was personified, you have today’s crazy religion which of course is nothing but myth.
Now the video had Jesus walking on water- it’s just a primitive personified version of the sun.

Some also say that Scientology is a dangerous, mind controlling cult. Plus their kook ideas on medicine can be as dangerous for their members as any of the other religious quackery. That said, they also drain their wallets. Plus (praise FSM) christianity has moved past openly and aggressively attacking their critics.
