Marilyn Smith from Port St. Lucie, Florida sold a pancake supposedly bearing a resemblance of Jesus and Mary for $338:

But let’s be honest here. The first thought that came to your mind when you saw this image was not that it was Jesus and Mary.
Rather, it was a familiar friend…:

It’s uncanny, the resemblance.
His noodly appendages are everywhere.
RAmen.

Looks like a pancake to me. I so pose some ??? will bye it. The picture below it looks like something from a bad B rated movie.
Actually, the first thing I thought of was someone giving The Finger. The second thing I thought of was the Grim Reaper and Anthony Hopkins dressed as a general from Carthage.
You’re all wrong. It’s obviously Zeus and Hera.
Here’s a quick semi-scientific test: see how many people think Jesus is on the left and Mary’s on the right, and how many people think that’s bass ackwards. I predict 50-50.
To be perfectly honest, it WAS my first thought. When I saw the picture, I thought – awesome, someone’s finally found some bullsh$% figure in their toast that looks likes our noodley master, but then… I was very disappointed when I realised someone was trying to claim it was THEIR god, instead. Have they no respect for other people’s religions?
It’s a Festivus miracle!
A Festivus for the rest of us and pass me the syrup.
Honestly, I did think of FSM first. Of course I knew it couldn’t be. His noodly appendage would never touch such an unholy dish.
Nah. It’s obviously Jar Jar Binks. He escaped those terrible movies and is now trying pan fried breads as his medium of choice.
Oh the things people desire to see so badly. I suppose there was a group delusion? It still looks like a pancake to me too. So when do we eat? That is, as long as I don’t have to pay $338 just to eat it.
If you think that looks like the Flying Spaghetti Monster, you really should see the FSM pancake that miraculously formed in my skillet last February. Here’s a link, complete with photos.
