Question for the Non-Church Folk

Anne asks this question to those who do not regularly go to church:

Based on the culture we live in today – the cards you get in the mail – the signs you see – the stuff you might see flipping through TV or on the shelves at a bookstore…if you were to walk into a modern, American church today, what would you expect?

As usual, you can leave sarcastic comments here.

But leave your actual responses at her place!

I would expect for it to be exactly the same as the last time I walked out of one, but in reverse.

I figure IF it’s suppose to be a day of rest and we are always going somewhere every day of the week, why not stay home and sleep in on Sunday and then lounge around reading a good book- like Robert Price’s “The Reason Driven Life” or Richard Dawkins. Now THAT is a true day of rest.
