It would be BERNIE SANDERS, the senator from Vermont. He has made it clear publicly in the past that he is an agnostic. Since he comes from a small state, most of the nation doesn't hear about him. I have spoken with him in the past on this subject and in not so many words he says he is an atheist. But here in Vt , there are LOTS of us, so it isn't such a big deal as it would be in most other states. I already know who this non-theist is. It would be BERNIE SANDERS, the senator from Vermont.
