You know, if all the religious fundamentalists were like THAT, I may not have a problem with religion anymore.
OK was she high when she did that scene? There are some pretty warped ideas out there in which people use to justify their actions.
Who wrote that crap?
In the broader context of the show, what are we supposed to think of that character?
Is it making fun of fundies?
Honestly, none of that sounded any more nonsensical, arbitrary or capricious than much of what passes for Christian doctrine among the various and sundry sects out there.
WEEDS is a great show that lampoons all the characters of suburbia - even the fundies. “Highly” recommended!
